We want you to love your Hanky Panky pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must have all original tags and liners intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
